Where Hero Vrindavan Plots Currently Stands
As of September 2026, Hero Realty's Vrindavan plotted development is in the pre-launch registration phase. No official booking amounts are being collected yet — this is the right time to register your interest, get priority positioning in the allotment queue, and receive all project documents the moment they are released.
Buyers who register early typically get the first pick of plot sizes, preferred orientation (corner, road-facing), and access to pre-launch pricing before the general public announcement.
The Registration Process — Step by Step
Step 1: Register Your Interest (Now)
WhatsApp us your name, preferred city (we serve buyers from Delhi NCR, Mumbai, NRI locations), and preferred plot size (typically 100, 150, or 200 sq yards). There is no payment at this stage. This adds you to the priority notification list.
Step 2: Receive Project Documents
Once Hero Realty releases the official project brochure, RERA registration certificate, layout plan, and price sheet, we share all of these with you before asking for any commitment. Review at your own pace — we do not pressure buyers.
Step 3: Site Visit (Optional)
We can arrange a site visit to the Vrindavan project location. Seeing the actual land, surrounding areas, temple proximity, and highway access helps you make a confident decision. This is optional but recommended for buyers committing above ₹20–30 lakh.
Step 4: Booking and Allotment
At the official launch, you will be asked for a booking amount (typically 10% of the plot value). This confirms your allotment. The remaining payment follows a milestone-linked plan — we will share the exact structure once Hero Realty finalises it.
Step 5: Agreement and Registry
After booking, a Builder-Buyer Agreement is signed. The final sale deed and plot registry happen once the development reaches handover stage. For RERA-registered projects, timelines and penalties for delays are clearly defined in the agreement.
Documents You Will Need at Booking
- Aadhaar card (identity + address proof)
- PAN card (mandatory for property transactions above ₹10 lakh)
- Bank account details (for payment records)
- Passport-size photograph
- NRI buyers additionally need: Passport, OCI/PIO card, NRE/NRO account details, and Power of Attorney if buying remotely
Payment Plan — What to Expect
While the exact payment plan is yet to be announced by Hero Realty, developer plotted projects in UP typically follow one of two structures:
| Milestone | Typical % |
|---|---|
| At booking | 10–20% |
| Within 30 days of booking | 15–25% |
| On layout approval | 15–20% |
| On infrastructure completion | 20–25% |
| At handover / registry | Remaining balance |
Many developers also offer a construction-linked plan where payments are spread over 24–36 months. We will share the confirmed Hero Vrindavan Plots payment schedule as soon as it is released.
